Thursday 30 October

2000: English-language pub quiz for early arrivers at The Belfry, the birthplace of quizzing in Oslo. Food available before the quiz.

Friday 31 October

1500-1700: Registration and check-in
1700-2000: National teams and Aspirational cup preliminary round (all four-player teams welcome in the Aspirational Cup!)
2000-2200: Three-course dinner
2200-2330: National teams and Aspirational cup semifinals
2200-2330 (in parallel with semis): Icebreaker quiz
Then: Asian Special Quiz by Doc
Followed by: Classical Music Quiz by Mark Grant

Saturday 1 November

1000-1230: Individual championship, main rounds
1230-1345: Lunch
1400-1445: Individual championship, final
1500-1730: Pairs championship
1730-1830: Free time with taster quiz for the 2009 Clockwork Quiz in Leuven
1830-2030: Three-course dinner
2030-2330: Club team championship
Then: University Challenge-style buzzer quiz for 4 to 6 teams, by Olav Bjortomt
and simultaneously: Music Quiz made by the van Maris brothers

Sunday 2 November

0930-1100: National teams bronze and placement finals, Aspirational cup final and bronze final
1100-1230: National teams, GRAND FINAL
1230-1400: Lunch
1400-1500: Prize ceremonies, IQA announcements
Evening: Dinner with quiz by Thomas Kolåsæter in central Oslo
